Description: Contributed to predictive modeling of serine protease substrate catalysis by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing biochemical data using symbolic regression and neural networks to enhance quantum chemistry predictions. Engineered molecular and reaction-based features for initial logistic regression models, laying the groundwork for integrating ESM embeddings and developing a graph neural network for improved catalytic efficiency prediction.
